Rollup Standee
A printed banner in a retractable stand — set it up in under a minute, pack it into a bag, and reuse it at the next event.
A rollup standee is the print plus the hardware — a printed banner, usually vinyl or a similar durable material, that rolls up into a base unit with a spring mechanism, and a pole that pulls the banner taut when you set it up. No tools, no drilling, no tape — it stands on its own weighted base and packs down into a slim carry bag when the event's over, which is why it's become the default for exhibition booths, reception desks, and any event where the same banner needs to travel to multiple venues.
Because it's reused rather than disposed of after one event, we'd usually recommend a slightly more durable print material here than a single-use flex banner — something that can be rolled and unrolled dozens of times without the print cracking or scuffing along the fold line. The stand hardware itself also varies — basic units are lighter and cheaper, premium ones have a smoother roll action and hold up better under repeated use.
Standard sizes cover most needs, but we also build custom widths and double-sided standees for anywhere the banner needs to be readable from both directions, like the middle of a walkway.
Frequently Asked Questions
A good quality print and stand combination handles regular rolling and unrolling for a long time — years of repeated event use is realistic — though a cheaper print material will start showing crease lines along the fold sooner. Tell us if it's for one-time use or regular travel and we'll spec the material accordingly.
