About this website
This website is operated by GoLineArt, a print and signage workshop based in Jaipur. By using this site or submitting a Contact or Get a Quote form, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and orders
Prices and quotes given in response to an enquiry are estimates based on the information you've provided (size, material, quantity, and so on) and are confirmed once we've reviewed your artwork or requirements in full. A quote isn't a confirmed order until both sides have agreed on the final specification, price, and timeline.
Artwork and design files
If you supply your own artwork or design files, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe anyone else's copyright or trademark. Any design work we produce for you remains our work until the job is paid for in full, after which it's yours to use for the purpose it was made for.
Production and delivery
Turnaround times we quote are our best estimate based on current workshop load and are not a guaranteed delivery date unless confirmed in writing for your specific order. For signage and larger jobs, installation timelines are agreed separately and depend on site readiness and access.
Payments
This website doesn't process online payments — enquiries and quote requests submitted here are followed up directly by our team, and payment terms are agreed with you individually before or during production.
Cancellations and changes
Once production has started on a job — printing, cutting, or fabrication — it generally can't be cancelled or changed without a discussion about materials and time already committed. Get in touch as early as possible if your requirements change.
Limitation of liability
We take care to match the specification you've approved, but we're not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information provided at the enquiry stage, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (such as courier delays or site access issues for installation).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes to these terms
